I am an independent self-published author from Upper Hutt, New Zealand.
This is where I share a little bit about myself, highlight my published work and provide links to the platforms where you can purchase copies.
I've been writing since 1997 and graduated from The Writing School in 1998.
In 2024 I started to share my creations as a self-published author.
Who am I?
Who am I?
I am an information analyst by day and a dreamer by night. Raised conservatively in the eighties, I delved deep into 8-bit computer programming and played Dungeons & Dragons.
My writing has been inspired and influenced by fantasy, science fiction, and horror genres. I hold a deep fascination with tales of conspiracy, supernatural terror, paranormal mysteries and 'forbidden' archaeological discoveries.
In October 2025 I declared my faith at Hope Centre, Lower Hutt with the Seekers Prayer and the Sinners Prayer and have commenced on my new journey towards Baptism and furthering a life and commitment towards honouring Jesus Christ, our King and Saviour, who died for our sins on the cross.

Tom's Intrepid Travels Around the World is a full collection of travel writings and memories written by my father. I have released this as a tribute to him after he passed away in September 2022.
Scholar, Shadow, Storm & Stone - A Kanarzand Adventure was launched on 31 Oct 25. It is available exclusively via Amazon Books (eBook and Paperback) and Amazon Kindle Select (which is free to subscribers).

Recent revelations from the holy spirit have directed me onto a new path and I have started on a new Inspired category of books which will bear a special logo under a new faith-based imprint.
I have prioritised a short fiction title named The Veil Burned Away which tells the story of John Everyman, exposing the existence of Fallen Angels controlling the thoughts and actions of humanity, in which a heroic act reveals the truth of Jesus returning to Earth.
I am writing a fantasy novel named Aurelian which tells the story of a young crusader Knight-Initiate named Taurinius who returns home from the battlefield to learn that his mother is gravely unwell. As he investigates the cause, he uncovers a wide-ranging plot that threatens to destabilise the kingdom of Venmoth and he must call on his faith to prevent that.
